Beginning her escrow career in 1984, she advanced through the industry by combining a strong commitment to excellence with an extensive knowledge of real estate transactions.

As Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer, Julie oversees a wide range of transactions, including residential sales, commercial, business opportunities, mobile homes, 1031 exchanges, probate and trust, and refinance escrows. A commissioned Notary Public since 1986, a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2009, and a real estate professional since 1983, she brings a depth of experience that is invaluable to both clients and colleagues.
