She spent nine years as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced call center environment and six years as a Secretary for a landscaping company, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Since transitioning into escrow, Eloisa has built extensive industry knowledge and has become an invaluable member of the team. Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional service have made her a trusted resource throughout the escrow process. She independently manages all refinance transactions from start to finish while also playing a critical role in opening, processing, and closing sale transactions. Her expertise, reliability, and ability to efficiently handle complex files contribute significantly to the company's success and ensure clients receive a seamless and professional escrow experience.
